How I get myself to go out for a run (in nasty weather)

Sunday was one of those days, where the weather does anything but motivate to go outdoors. However, I know by now from experience that especially when the weather is nasty, I feel soooo much better after a short run compared to only enjoying the cosiness of home. One of the easy actions I can take that subsequentally to start jogging is simply getting dressed. Changeing clothes is easy. So I tell myself simply to get changed into running clothes. Once that’s done, putting on the running shoes and opening the front door is a baby task – and start running doesn’t even need any thought any more. And the reward of feeling great afterwards is undescribable.
