We all know that we should eat healthy food – vegetables and fruit. In order to get myself to actually eat every single a piece of fruit, I identified a few critical steps that help me to actually eat and enjoy a piece of fruit every day:
- choose fruit that I can easily take to the office and eat there without too much hassle (e.q. no spoon required, no hand washing afterwards)
- wash the fruit right when I get home from grocery shopping
- display the washed fruit in a glass bowel so it looks pretty
- pick a fruit in the morning and put in into my bag for work
- arriving at the office, put the fruit onto my table, so I can see it all the time
- eat it and feel happy about its great taste and the vitamins I give my body
